All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays) from the time your order confirmation email is issued. You will receive a separate notification once your Apple product has been dispatched through our authorized logistics partners.

Once the order is packed and sealed, it is securely handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this period may not be accepted due to Apple’s strict replacement and inspection policies.

Exchange and Claim Limitations

Your request may not qualify for exchange or escalation in the following circumstances:

• Failure to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• Lack of sufficient information to validate the claim.
• Failure to provide photographs of the damaged or tampered packaging.
• If the Apple product has been opened, activated, or used, except in cases where the issue is factory-related and covered under Apple's warranty policies.
